As the website was set live, team C&C created profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business and began posting 5x a week. The process involves creating content that mixes educational, company promotions, and fun posts designed to inform and delight their audience. As the pages grew, we monitored all comments, reviews, and direct messages and relayed all inquiries to M’s team.
